In occasione dell’edizione 2018 di Unseen Amsterdam, siamo stati invitati a sviluppare un progetto per Fujifilm, all’interno della Fujifilm Faculty. La mostra, che inaugurerà il 20 Settembre, presenta una selezione di opere inedite che partono da una serie di interrogativi sulla natura e sulle possibilità di impiego della carta fotografica nel presente per svilupparsi in una riflessione sulla produzione, sulla circolazione e sulla temporalità delle immagini, attraverso data banks naturali, artificiali, realtà e fantascienza. All’interno della mostra, ogni giorno, dalle 12.00 alle 13.30, terremo un workshop di editing e produzione di immagini che ci sopravviveranno (trovate più info qui).
Sempre durante la fiera, MLZ Art Dep sarà al booth 51 con una bella selezione di opere di Karma Fails.

On the occasion of the 2018 edition of Unseen Amsterdam, we have been invited to develop a project for the Fujifilm Faculty. The exhibition, opening on September 21st, presents a selection of new works based on a series of questions regarding the nature and purpose of photographic paper in a screen environment, developed and connected in order to become a wider reflection on the production, circulation and life span of images, through natural data banks, artificial storages and science fiction.
